Victorian-Mod Farm Wedding
Elizabeth & Richard
May 14 ◊ Glasgow Farm ◊ Fredericksburg, VA
This week I want to feature my FAVORITE wedding from 2016, which the Washingtonian Bride
and Groom called “the most magical thing you see all week”!
Elizabeth and Richard were such a wonderful couple to work with, and I adored their elegant
Victorian-Mod wedding vision. This cute couple said their I-do’s in a chic barn loft at Glasgow
Farm in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with a reception that followed on the main floor.
For the ceremony, we created a Victorian scroll aisle runner out of white rose petals, which led to a
flower-bedecked archway where the couple said their vows. To take advantage of the beautiful
vaulted ceilings of this rustic venue, we filled up the reception space with bold curly willow branch
table arrangements, eucalyptus garland-draped archways, and a floral curtain that served as a
backdrop for the wedding party table. The ceiling beams already twinkled with candlelight, so we
added a pop of color with hanging chandelier floral arrangements in bold hues.
Our goal was to bring some of the wild inside to create an elegant garden wonderland for this
beautiful couple, and I think we succeeded!
Get wild and inspired!
Jamie
